These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Messenger Hub (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Messenger Hub provides tools to track and visualize health-related information. The Service is for informational purposes only and is not a medical device.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Health disclaimer

The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek professional medical advice for health concerns. If you believe you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Oura integration

The Service may connect to Oura as a third-party service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Oura. Your use of Oura is governed by Oura's terms and privacy policy.

If you connect Oura, you authorize us to access your Oura Data through the Oura API for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time in the App or through your Oura account settings. Once revoked, we no longer store, process, or display Oura Data, and we delete it promptly. Any cached Oura Data is removed within 60 days.

We respect your Oura privacy settings and use Oura Data only to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell Oura Data or use it for advertising.

Oura may collect and use information related to your use of the Oura API and the Oura platform.

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Do not attempt to access data that is not intended for you.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security controls.
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us a limited license to process your content and data solely to operate and improve the Service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

All warranties are disclaimed on behalf of third-party service providers, including Oura. Third-party service providers are excluded from all liability for any consequential, special, punitive, or indirect damages.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Messenger Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid anything.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Messenger Hub harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and adjust the effective date above.
